The CFO of JSE-listed packaging company Nampak, Gareth Griffiths, will retire.
“To ensure a smooth transition, Griffiths has agreed to extend the date of his retirement [until] a suitable successor [is] found,” the company said on Wednesday.
A recruitment process for a new CFO was already under way.
Further, Nampak nonexecutive director and audit committee chairperson Roy Smither has also retired.
