Latest Developments
The governments of Tanzania and Burundi have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the joint construction of the Msongati–Uvinza railway line project.

The signing of the MoU marks the end of consultations between the two countries on the deal and will be followed by a tender process targeting qualified contractors for the job.
