The project is a joint venture between Masingita Group of Companies, Redefine and Ellerines Brothers.

Project Description
The project involves the development of a 77 000 m2 regional supermall on the junction of the N12 and the R558, in Protea Glen, Gauteng.

The development will extend over 130 ha and comprise a value retail component, motor dealerships, a hotel and conference facilities.

A community sports park is planned to the west of the shopping centre.

Parking will be provided on the grade, basement and mezzanine levels, all with direct access to the shopping centre.

A taxi rank will be built on the north-west side of the mall.

The lower level of the mall will feature a food court and a Checkers, while the upper level will feature a Game and Pick n Pay, and an entertainment area.

The project is estimated at R3-billion.

Duration
The centre is expected to open its doors in October 2018.
