JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – A winch driver, who was injured in a scrapping and rigging accident at the Pandora E3 shaft in May, died of his injuries on Friday.
Bonisile Mapango had spent the last two months in the intensive care unit of a hospital.
The Pandora mine is a joint venture between platinum miner’s Lonmin and Anglo American Platinum.
