Project Description
The new submarine cable will directly connect all countries along the east coast of Africa and provide new connectivity for the Middle East and Europe. The project will include landing stations in several ports that are currently not served by existing sea cables. The cable will be connected to Liquid Telecom’s pan-African terrestrial fibre network – the largest network in Africa – allowing for reliable and affordable international connectivity to landlocked and coastal countries in East, Central and Southern Africa.
