JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – ASX-listed Lemur Resources has aligned its financial year-end with that of London-listed parent company Bushveld Minerals.
Lemur changed its financial year-end from December 31 to February 28, after Bushveld increased its stake in Lemur to 57.21% in August.
Bushveld previously held a 52.22% interest in Lemur.
