The project involves the upgrade of the Jim Fouche road and Wilhelmina avenue intersection to ease congestion and improve motorists’ safety.

The Jim Fouche northbound road will entail the introduction of a lane turning left into Wilhelmina avenue. Jim Fouche southbound will receive a lane turning left into Constantia drive. Wilhelmina avenue will also be widened to accommodate the introduction of an additional turning lane into Jim Fouche road.

Constantia drive will entail the extension of the existing median island; a median island will be introduced on Wilhelmina avenue.
