A recruitment process to identify a permanent CFO for information and communications technology company Allied Electronics Corporation (Altron) is ongoing.
Tim Jacobs, who was appointed acting CFO in March, will, therefore, continue to serve as acting CFO until February 28, 2019.
Former CFO Alex Smith left the company in February 2018.
Altron this week also announced that South Africa's competition authorities had approved its acquisition of iS Partners.
The transaction is now unconditional.
