GLLC, GLE, and GLP are each owned by Gulf LNG Holdings Group, which is 50%-owned by Southern Gulf LNG Company, an indirect subsidiary of Kinder Morgan, and operator of the Gulf LNG Terminal, and 30% by Thunderbird LNG. The remaining 20% of Gulf LNG Holdings Group is owned in nearly equal parts by subsidiaries of Arc Logistics Partners and Lightfoot Capital Partners.

In addition, Transcontinental (Transco) Gas Pipe Line will build modifications to the existing Transco/Florida Gas Transmission Company interconnect.
