Festive just got a little brighter as Stewarts & Lloyds spreads more cheer this season!

(Virtual Showroom): Stewarts and Lloyds is well known for going above and beyond when it comes to giving back and doing charity, and the festive season is an opportunity to bring that extra special cheer to those who need it most.

This year, continuing from the much-loved Christmas Box campaign of 2021, the branches of Stewarts & Lloyds went the extra mile again to bring some cheer and put smiles on faces all over the country. The Wadeville branch handed out R29 000 worth of gifts to the children in the oncology ward of the Charlotte Maxeke hospital. Each little one received a sweet pack (healthy goodies), soft toy, Arts & crafts goodies, pillowcase and blanket and some other goodies.

The Kimberley branch made the season extra special with a visit to the Jannie Roux Children’s home where they not only set up and decorated a Christmas Tree but blessed every child with a gift pack of their own- with over 85 children this is quite a feat!

The Wynberg team of Stewarts & Lloyds chose to bring much needed cheer and gifts for the women and children of the Frida Hartley Shelter- a safe haven for women to escape abusive situations and start over.

The team dressed up as elves and even brought with a Christmas Father – the bakkie was turned into a very fun “Sleigh” as all the presents were delivered.

Stewarts & Lloyds Pretoria made a huge effort and raised R15 000 for the purchases of necessities and gifts for the residents of Blymoedig Clinic. Blymoedig is a Psycho-Geriatric clinic and their purpose is to look after patients in a dignified way and to provide them with a safe structure to function in.

They specialize in Alzheimer's and other long term psychiatric care, as well as people with physical disabilities.

The branches in Cape Town- Wetton and Epping, put their forces together and delivered a truly magical experience to the children of the Lofdal School- gifts and smiles galore!

With so many more initiatives throughout the group, it will take a book to delve into them all, but we are proud as a group to be able to make an ongoing difference in the lives of so many people, animals, and all other charities that we touch. It is without a doubt that Stewarts & Lloyds is only able to do this great work thanks to the immense support of our clients through the years. The company will be celebrating its 120thanniversary in 2023 and with the growing footprint of steel and fluid control branches as well as the expanding staff compliment, Stewarts & Lloyds is looking forward to serving our loyal clients for 120 years more!

Cheer and a happy festive season to all!
