Vertically integrated steel and vanadium slag producer Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium announced on Monday that Valery Borisov had resigned as executive director and CFO, effective immediately.
The company had, however, announced last month that its business rescue practitioners (BRPs) had appointed nonexecutive director Andrew Phillip Maralack as its acting CFO.
Evraz Highveld would announce a new financial director in due course.
