State-owned Eskom has appointed senior office manager Suzanne Daniels as company secretary, with effect from October 1.
This followed the exit of former company secretary Malesela Phukubje to complete his pupillage.
An attorney and conveyancer by profession, Daniels joined Eskom in 2006 and offered extensive operations and project management experience within the public and development sector.
“Eskom has full confidence in her strategic and tactical skills, as well as her regulatory background as she begins her new role and we assure her of our full support,” the utility said in a statement.
