JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – An employee at Royal Bafokeng Platinum’s (RBPlat’s) Bafokeng Rasimone Platinum Mine (BRPM) North shaft has died following a conveyor belt accident on May 12.
All conveyor belt operations at the BRPM North shaft have been suspended pending an investigation into the accident, which has started in conjunction with the Department of Mineral Resources.
