JSE-listed property company Emira has appointed chartered accountant Greg Booyens as CFO, effective January 1, 2016.
Booyens, who had more than ten years experience in finance and operation management, would step down as Delta Property Fund’s CFO, effective December 31, to join Emira.
He was with Delta for four years.
“With his listed property experience and financial knowledge, Booyens will bring additional value and breadth to Emira. The board welcomes him and looks forward to his valued contribution,” Emira said in a statement.
