Project Description
The project consists of a large underwater power line linking Scotland to the north-east of England.

The project will have some of the longest underwater high-voltage direct current cables in the world, with a combined capacity of 4 GW, and will play a significant role in achieving zero net greenhouse-gas emissions.

The cables will supply four-million homes within a 440 km radius.
