Tellurian Investments. Total is acquiring about 23% of Tellurian at $5.85 a share for $207-million dollars to develop an integrated gas project – from the acquisition of competitive gas production in the US to the delivery of LNG to international markets from the Driftwood LNG terminal.

Project Description
The project entails the development of an LNG production and export terminal. Once complete, the terminal will export up to 26-million tonnes of LNG a year to customers worldwide.
