Derek Tod will step down as CEO of construction materials supplier Distribution and Warehousing Network (Dawn) on May 31.
He was the founder CEO of Dawn.
Nonexecutive director Stephen Connelly will take over as interim CEO from June 1 until a successor to Tod is appointed.
