Project Description
The project proposes to provide up to 245 040 dekatherms a day to the Tennessee Valley Authority’s (TVA’s) Cumberland natural gas combined-cycle power plant.

The project includes the construction of:

• about 52 km of 76-cm-diameter natural gas pipeline;

• two new bidirectional back pressure regulation facilities;

• a new meter station at the terminus of the Cumberland pipeline, located within TVA’s property in Stewart County;

• in-line inspection traps, for in-line inspection tools at each end of the Cumberland pipeline; and

• three new mainline valves.
