Creamer Media publishes African Mining Roundup electronic research report

The African Mining Roundup is a synopsis of mining activity on the continent. The July 2013 roundup not only covers stories from more than 20 countries but also includes almost 110 separate news items in an easy-to-read, disaggregated format.

This month’s report includes details of British Virgin Islands-based West African explorer Taurus Gold’s joint venture agreement with Randgold Resources to explore and potentially develop the Bakolobi gold project, in Mali; the London High Court’s ruling in silicosis claims filed against Anglo American South Africa on behalf of thousands of former gold mine workers; and Atlatsa Resources Corporation shareholders’ approval of the company’s revised restructuring plan.

This report is a summary of information published in Engineering News and Mining Weekly, as well as of information available in the public domain, and does not purport to provide analysis of market trends.
