Attached please find a press release on: Aurora Energy Resources Inc. (AXU:TSX) announced today that that it has entered into an agreement to sell an aggregate of 5,312,500 Common Shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $16.00 per Common Share and an aggregate of 750,000 Flow-Through Shares at a price of $20.50 per Flow-Through Share for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $100,000,000 on a bought deal basis.
