JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Coal junior Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL) has successfully renewed the integrated water-use licence for its Vele colliery for 20 years.
The colliery had initially secured a water-use licence, valid for five years, for the Limpopo-based mine in March 2011.
