Elton Ronald Bosch has resigned as Clover FD.
His employment and directorship will continue until December 31 and he will assist the board during this transitional period to ensure the desired continuity in the business.
Bosch joined Clover as executive of business development, risk and Africa in June 2012 and took up the position of FD in January 2016.
The board thanked him for his valuable contribution to Clover during his tenure and wished him well in his future endeavours.
Proceedings to appoint a successor and achieve a smooth transition are under way.
