Project Description
The proposed facility will produce synthetic crude oil for aviation, and is expected to produce 11 000 t/y of green hydrogen from renewable sources that, together with the capture of 70 000 t/y of biogenic carbon dioxide ( CO2) from Greenalia’s biomass plant, will produce an estimated 20 000 t/y of synthetic crude.

These crudes will be refined into e-fuels (eSAF and eDiesel) and synthetic waxes to serve the decarbonisation of the aviation and transport industry, and the chemicals and pharmaceuticals industry. The  CO2 capture for this project is equivalent to planting one-million trees.
