Black Management Forum MD Nicholas Maweni has resigned, chairman Bonang Mohale said on Friday.
He said the resignation would be effective from August 31.
"The board joins me in extending its gratitude to and appreciation of Maweni's period at the [forum] and extends its best wishes to Maweni in [his] future endeavours," Mohale said in a statement.
CFO Busisiwe Mavuso would serve as acting MD, and a selection process for a new director was under way.
