Property developers Atterbury group’s newly launched real estate holding fund Atterbury Property Fund has appointed Allen Swiegers as its new chairperson.
Swiegers concluded 33 years with Deloitte where he held several senior positions, including that of Deloitte board member, COO of Deloitte Southern Africa and Deloitte Africa, as well as serving on the executive committee.
The Atterbury Property Fund was launched in mid-2016 as the investment vehicle for existing and future Atterbury assets in South Africa, Namibia and Mauritius. It is headed up by CEO Wouter de Vos.
