Project Description
The project entails the development of new industrial precinct on a 72 ha site, with 45 ha zoned for light industrial business.

The construction of the business park is planned over three phases, with Phase 1 involving the development of 60 000 m2 of land, the second phase
220 000 m2 and the final phase 170 000 m2.

State-of-the-art fibre-optic telecoms will also be installed on all sites.

In addition, two areas of the 72 ha have been earmarked for conservation, primarily to protect a rare species of Renosterveld fynbos that grows only on granite found in the area.
