Plastic packaging company Astrapak has appointed acting CFO Gene Lapan as group FD, effective immediately.
The company also announced the resignations – with immediate effect – of nonexecutive directors Khumo Portia Shongwe and Thabiso Henry Moleme Mashugane from the board.
