JSE-listed Ascendis Health has appointed Thomas Thomsen COO.
Thomsen is based in the UK and will primarily be responsible for the company’s European operations.
“The role of COO will incorporate value creation responsibilities, support in acquisitions and focus on European operations,” said Ascendis, adding that he would work alongside Ascendis Health South Africa MD Cliff Sampson, who continues to drive growth in the South African businesses.
