South Africa's manufacturing output expanded by 1.1% year-on-year in April following a revised 1.6% contraction in March, the statistics agency said on Thursday.
Statistics South Africa said factory production on a month-on-month basis shrunk 0.6% in April, decreased by 3% in the three months to April versus the previous three months.
