JSE-listed Allied Electronics (Altron) has appointed Dolores Mashishi human capital group executive.
Mashishi will be part of the Altron group executive committee and report directly to Altron CEO Mteto Nyati.
The move followed five years as corporate services group executive for the Development Bank of Southern Africa, in addition to prior roles as human resources executive for Brait South Africa and Investec Bank head of learning and development.
Mashishi holds an MSc in Education degree from the University of Eastern Illinois and various management programmes through INSEAD, Harvard Business School and Wits Business School.
