Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new skyscraper in the French business district of La Défense. The new tower will replace the Les Saissons office building.

The building will be 150 m tall and will pro-vide 38 floors of high-class office space, with a total floor space of 51 000 m2.

It will comprise a glass-scale façade and feature an unusual flare shape, ranging from 700 m2 at the foot of the tower to 500 m2 at the top. The project also includes a car park, shops and a vast square.

€200-million.

Duration
Detailed preliminary design will be completed this year. Site works are expected to get under way in September, with handover scheduled for the first quarter of 2020.

Latest Developments
Linkcity Ile-de-France, the property development arm of Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France, has signed a property development agreement with ADIA to build the tower.
