Project Description
The project involves the construction of an integrated health campus on a greenfield site on the outskirts of Adana.

The campus will comprise the 1300-bed main hospital, a 150-bed physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital and the 100-bed high-security criminal psychiatric hospital.

The main hospital will consist of four patient tower blocks surrounding a common core and will include:
• a 182-bed oncology hospital,
• a 185-bed cardiology and cardiovascular hospital,
• a 349-bed women/maternity and paediatrics hospital,
• two general hospitals, with 285 and 299 beds respectively, and
• the hospitals’ common diagnostic and treatment centre.

There will also be health support facilities, a commercial area, a technical unit building, one heliport, one helipad and a cogeneration/trigeneration plant.

€467-million.

The project is expected to take three years to complete.

Latest Developments
An agreement has been signed between the ADN PPP Sağlık Yatırım consortium and the Ministry of Health, according to which ADN will be responsible for the detailed design, construction, equipping, financing and maintenance of the project during its 28-year life, while the provision of medical services will fall under the auspices of the Ministry of Health.
