Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) CFO Siphamandla Mthethwa has resigned with effect from April 3.
His last day in the employ of ACSA will be June 30 or an earlier date yet to be negotiated.
Mthethwa will cease to be an executive director on the board of ACSA on this date.
A new CFO will be announced in due course, ACSA says.
