Project Description
The project involves the installation of a 21 000 t topside facility, capable of producing 23-million cubic metres of oil and gas a day, on the Aasta Hansteen spar hull, located 300 km off the coast of Norway.

The cylindrical, partially submerged offshore production platform, measuring 195 m in height, will be able to store 160 000 bbl of condensate when it begins production.

Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) has won the contract for the topside facility for the Aasta Hansteen spar hull, also being built by HHI.
