Project Description
The project involves the construction of an upmarket, secure residential property, adjacent to the Fairmont Zimbali Hotel.

The sectional title Zimbali Suites will have 131 serviced condos, varying from 36.2 m2 one-bedroom units to 142 m2 three-bedroom penthouses.

All units will come with secure undercover parking, contemporary design aesthetics, quality fittings and fully fitted kitchens.

R400-million.

Duration
The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.

The main contractors for the project include Megapile for the site preparation, earthworks and piling in Phase 1, and Construction ID for the building works in Phase 2. MDSA is the appointed project manager.
