WBHO launches ADR programme
Engineering and construction group Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon (WBHO) has launched a sponsored American Depository Receipt (ADR) programme in the hopes of opening up investment in the group to international investors, particularly US investors.
The ADR programme was launched on the over-the-counter market in the US through Bank of New York Mellon.
Each depository receipt in the ADR programme represents one ordinary share in WBHO.
