Company Announcement - Fortinet® a global leader in high-performance cyber security - today announced that it has moved to a new and larger office and at the same time opened a unique Technical Assistance Center in Dubai, UAE. These changes aim to more effectively address the requirements of Fortinet’s customers across Middle East and reflect the company’s strong growth and commitment to the region.

Building on the success of its global support centers, Fortinet has identified Dubai as a strategic location for delivering technical services for its full suite of network security solutions. The center will be staffed with engineers providing the comprehensive range of FortiCareTM Services from technical support, premium and focused security services as well as Professional Services.

“Fortinet is growing exponentially and we continue to invest in high-growth territories such as the Middle East in order to meet the rising demand from our customers and partners” said Yann Pradelle, Vice President EMEA South at Fortinet. “Fortinet is the first security vendor across the region to have a dedicated and senior technical support team on-the-ground to provide high quality services to our customers.”

"Some security vendors do not pay enough attention to local support," said Rudiger Lenz, Vice President International Support & Service at Fortinet. "Conversely, Fortinet is assuming that responsibility on a local level which is a very positive development. This clearly demonstrates the significance, priority and importance to Fortinet of corporate security and customer satisfaction in the region. The opening of the Dubai Support Center is a strong commitment to our Middle East customers. "

The new and sprawling office is located at the Arjan Rotana Office towers in Dubai Media City accommodating a significant increase of the company’s headcount across the Middle East.
