Project Description
TSE’s new power plant will replace the 50-year-old coal-fired power plant in Naantali.

On completion, the plant will produce 900 GWh of electricity and 1 650 GWh/y of heat. The plant’s production capacity is 142 MW of electricity and 244 MW of heat.

Value
The new power plant will cost €260-million.

Duration
Construction of the new plant is planned to begin at the end of this year and is expected to be commissioned in 2017.
