WRS, specialists in talent acquisition services within the Mining, Oil & Gas, Power & Energy and Marine sectors, have been listed as 8th in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 league table for 2013, which ranks Britain’s 100 private companies with the fastest growing sales over the last 3 years.

WRS have only recently celebrated their 5th anniversary and since launch the business has experienced a period of unprecedented, organic growth, which has seen their team grow from 5 to 54 and turnover exceed £21M. They have built their customer base, contractor numbers and reputation within their specialist sectors by building a team of industry experts with over 50 years of combined experience. With ambitious plans for the next 5 years, WRS aim to grow to £100M+ turnover, 200 employees and consolidate their overseas network to support their sectors in the UK, Europe, North, Central and South America, Asia, the Middle East and Australasia.

Mark Brown, MD of WRS, attributes continued growth of the company to the continued commitment of the team: “I am delighted that WRS have been confirmed in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100, ranking at no. 8 alongside a host of high performing businesses. The dedication and passion of the WRS team has been fundamental to our growth and will continue to play a huge role in achieving our future goals. I am proud of them all, the ‘Fast Track’ placing is justified recognition for all their hard work.”
