We would like to thank you for your subscription to Engineering News &/or Mining Weekly. Your subscription reference number is:
I would like to confirm whether everything is going smoothly with your weekly deliveries?
Your magazines are, at the moment, posted and delivered through the South African Post Office.
Should you, however, would like us to hand deliver the magazines by one of our distributors, please may I ask that you confirm your physical address? Note that we will have to consult our distributors to confirm whether your address falls into their delivery network.
A few notes regarding the hand delivery service:
1. Some deliveries are made outside of business hours and it would be ideal if arrangements can be made with your reception or security control point to take receipt of the delivery.
2. Please do report all non-deliveries to us, as we will then arrange for a redelivery, usually within 24 hours, of the magazines to you. You can report non-deliveries via email to subscriptions@creamermedia.co.za or by calling 011 622 3744.
3. Please ensure that we have your full physical address and do let us know if any special notes or requests that you, your reception or security control point might have to ensure a timeous delivery.
Your subscription renewal date is (insert date). Please reply to this email with the word “yes” if we can automatically renew your subscription after your renewal date.
