Your magazines are, at the moment, hand delivered by our distributor – . Your magazines should be delivered to you either on our Friday publication date or, latest, on the following Monday. Please report any non-deliveries to us via email - subscriptions@creamermedia.co.za - or by calling me on 011 622 3744, as we will then arrange for a re-delivery of the magazines to you.
A few very important notes regarding the hand delivery service:
- If you have a special request or delivery instruction, such as a specific place where the magazines must be left, please do let us know. We will relay these instructions to the distributor.
- Most deliveries are made outside of business hours and it would be ideal if arrangements can be made with your reception or security control-point to take receipt of the delivery.
- Please ensure that we have your full physical address and do let us know if any special notes or requests that you, your reception or security control-point, might have to ensure a timeous delivery.
