Radius sells Mexico property to Fortuna

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – TSX-V-listed exploration company Radius Gold has completed the sale of its Tlacolula property, in Mexico, to TSX-listed Fortuna Silver Mines for $150 000 cash, about 240 000 Fortuna common shares and a 2% net smelter return royalty on the property.

Fortuna reserves the right to purchase half of the royalty by paying Radius $1.5-million.
