Project Description
The project entails the construction of a new manganese plant, about 400 km east of Libreville.

Once complete, the plant is expected to produce 20 000 t/y of manganese metal and 65 000 t/y of silicomanganese, which is used in steel.

Value
The project is expected to cost $286-million.

Duration
The construction stage will last between three and four years.
