Gijima Announces Appointment Of Chief Sales Officer

Gijima, a leading JSE listed ICT company, has named Mr Bill Hoggarth as its new Chief Sales Officer effective 1 May 2014.

Mr Hoggarth has over 30 years of Executive, General Management and Sales experience in the ICT industry and he joins Gijima from Dataways, a Business Intelligence product and services company he co-founded in 2012. Mr Hoggarth has lived and worked in several countries and cultures across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and has established and grown innovative businesses to positions of market leadership in many different markets, most recently South Africa. Mr Hoggarth was instrumental in lifting companies such as Business Objects, Siebel and SAS to positions of market leadership. Ms. Eileen Wilton, Chief Executive Officer of Gijima, said, “We look forward to welcoming Mr Hoggarth to our Executive Leadership team.

He has an excellent track record, considerable international experience and has driven the turnaround for many local subsidiaries.
