Delivery of Magazines

The recent postal strike caused disruption to the delivery of the weekly editions of Engineering News and Mining Weekly. As a result, we have had to make changes regarding our distribution platforms to ensure that we continue to deliver our weekly magazines in a timely and efficient manner.
Since mid-October we contracted with an alternative distributor, Press Support, to hand deliver Engineering News and Mining Weekly to subscribers and we hereby would like to confirm whether you are receiving regular weekly deliveries to your physical address?
This year you should have received the first weekly editions of Engineering News and Mining Weekly from around 16-19 January 2015 and then weekly from then on. Please reply to this email to tell us whether or not your Engineering News and Mining Weekly magazines are being delivered to you.
A few notes regarding the hand delivery service:
- The magazines are delivered to the distributors on Thursdays and you can expect the weekly delivery on either a Friday or Monday.
- Some deliveries are made outside of business hours and it would be ideal if arrangements can be made with your reception or security control point to take receipt of the delivery.
- Please do report all non-deliveries to us, as we will then arrange for a redelivery, usually within 24 hours, of the magazines to you. You can report non-deliveries via email to subscriptions@creamermedia.co.za or by calling 011 622 3744.
- Please ensure that we have your full physical address and do let us know if any special notes or requests that you, your reception or security control point might have to ensure a timeous delivery.
