ACSA appoints new COO

Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has appointed Fundi Sithebe COO, effective December 1.

Sithebe, currently the ACSA chief of staff reporting to CEO Bongani Maseko, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midrand University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Administration) from Wits Business School.

“Sithebe has a wealth of experience, which includes companies such as Deloitte Consulting and FirstRand/FNB Africa. She brings valuable capabilities in strategy formulation and implementation, research and analysis, project management and due diligence. She played a significant role as the protocol lead during the 2010 FIFA World Cup,” said Maseko in a statement on Monday.
