AccTech Systems scoops top awards at the 2014 Microsoft Partner Network Awards
Company Announcement - AccTech Systems has once again captured the top ‘Microsoft Dynamics ERP Partner of the year for 2014’ award and also the ‘Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the year for 2014’ at the 2014 Microsoft Partner Network Awards held at the Inanda Club in Sandton last week. These awards emphasise AccTech’s supremacy in the ERP and CRM arenas. Earlier this year, AccTech also won the 2014 Microsoft Country Partner of the Year award for South Africa as well as the 2014 Microsoft Dynamics 'Regional Reseller of the Year' award for Middle East and Africa and was named to the 2014 Microsoft Dynamics Presidents Club.
AccTech CEO Tertius Zitzke accentuated the fact that AccTech has invested significantly in establishing itself as a key Microsoft Dynamics partner. “These awards pay testament to the dedication shown by our People, Partners & Products focus in our business over the past twenty years.” Microsoft Dynamics AX delivers a rich industry foundation on which partners like AccTech can build packaged applications for niche verticals like retailers, professional service industries, financial service businesses, manufacturers, and public sector organisations. According to Microsoft managing director Zoaib Hoosen, Microsoft is going through an amazing transformation journey. “As a partner-first company, it is businesses like AccTech Systems that enable us to re-imagine the way that businesses in South Africa operate. The award is well deserved and we hope this success continues into the next year and beyond.”
Zitzke says these industry capabilities can help customers improve their ability to cope with individual market dynamics by delivering breakthrough innovation in a single ERP solution. “Microsoft Dynamics is a powerful enterprise resource planning solution delivering value faster by supporting industry-specific and operational business processes across your global enterprise.”
Microsoft Dynamics CRM drives sales productivity and marketing effectiveness through social insights, business intelligence, and campaign management in the cloud, on-premises, or with a hybrid combination. “Our customers have implemented Dynamics CRM to enable them to manage their own customer relationships on their mobile devices, along with tools that integrate data and reporting from social media directly into their CRM application,” he explains.
Zitzke says with this highly adaptable and easy-to-scale solution, customers can quickly take advantage of new business opportunities, reduce risk, and differentiate their business to meet new requirements. “Dynamics CRM can also help reduce costs and increase profitability by organising and automating business processes that nurture customer satisfaction and loyalty in the sales, marketing, and customer service fields,” he concludes.
