The executive board of Wacker Neuson has announced two managerial changes for South Africa. Mr. Eugene Brown, has resigned from his position as Regional President for the Sub-Saharan Africa region, effective 31 May, 2017 after five years at the company.
The executive board expressed their gratitude for all his continuous and successful contributions and wish him all the best for his professional future. In April, Francois Griesel resigned from his role as National Sales Manager at the company. The board extends their good wishes to Mr. Griesel for his future.
Mr. Dennis Vietze has been appointed to be the successor of Mr. Brown. Mr. Vietze joined the company in September 2000 and held various positions within the sales organization before becoming Director of Market Development in April 2013 at the company’s production facility in Munich, Germany. Mr. Vietze has extensive experience in management and possess a wealth of knowledge on the company’s products and services.
Dennis Vietze is immensely passionate about the brand and excited to be part of the Sub-Saharan Africa affiliate. “There is great potential in the Southern African market and building solid customer relationships is paramount to Wacker Neuson,” says Vietze. Wacker Neuson recently expanded and improved their premises to accommodate and provide professional after-sale service.
