Company Announcement - The two companies announce today an agreement to jointly develop marking laser integration and automation solutions for customers worldwide. UVOTECH Systems, Inc. has recently added FOBA Laser Marking and Engraving machinery to their expanding portfolio. Both companies will benefit from this collaboration which will enable the development of custom laser marking and engraving solutions for the medical, automotive, electronics and aerospace industries.
“We are very excited to partner with MEMA Engineering to enhance our capabilities to serve clients and expand our laser marking equipment portfolio” noted UVOTECH President Shawn Malek. He also noted, “It’s a fit that makes sense. Both firms are able to share work and specialized expertise to provide more comprehensive laser marking solutions to existing and new clients. Together we will be able to design manual or automated systems to meet FDA’s Unique Device Identification guidelines”. Mehdi Malek, President of MEMA Engineering, explains the rationale for this partnership: “our strategic partnership with UVOTECH allows us to provide our customers with a new set of expertise in industrial laser marking machinery.” He continued by saying “this will allow us to broaden our range of engineering services and better serve larger industrial laser marking projects.”
