Reliable automotive labels can be designed with the highest flexibility in any way you want them. The labels
will adhere to smooth, textured or oily surfaces, resist the impact of high temperatures, abrasion or chemicals
and will remain legible to communicate key information throughout a component's life cycle.

Tough & tailored automotive part labels
New full colour printing technology enables Brady to print smaller, yet legible text, symbols and special
characters on its wide range of reliable and highly customisable labels. These labels can resist chemicals,
harsh liquids, extreme temperatures and weathering to stay legible and remain attached for a component's
life cycle.

They offer an aesthetic look & feel which can really bring out a brand and related quality awareness. Brady's aggressive adhesive labels are great to identify batteries for example, and a wide range of smooth, rough, textured and oily surfaces. Security and authentication labels can help manufacturers to protect worldwide supply chains against counterfeiting. Brady also offers laser markable labels for automated identification on sensitive or low contrast surfaces, flame retardant labels for interior applications and a wide range of automotive part labels to identify almost any component.

Fully printed, or completed at your location
Labels can be offered fully printed and ready to be applied either manually or with a label feeder and existing
pick & place machinery in automated production lines. Labels can also be partially preprinted and completed
at automotive production sites with batch codes, production dates or other information using a Brady printer.

In automated production this can be done with the BSP61 Print & Apply System, or with the BradyPrinter
i7100 Industrial Label Printer and ALF14 Label Feeder. If marking lasers are already in place, Brady offers
high contrast laser markable labels to increase identification legibility or protect sensitive surfaces.

Improved traceability & compliance
With reliable labels to accurately track parts, and to provide critical safety and operational information,
automotive industries can further improve traceability and compliance with safety and environmental
standards.

More information on tough & tailored automotive labels is available on the Brady website.
